Picture a fantastic My Gym Birthday Party designed with your child's favorite activities and unique, age-appropriate birthday games and adventures!

Rules & Restrictions
- Restrictions and rules may apply to each package. Packages subject to change. Please call My Gym for full details.
- Individual items may not be removed from packages.
- Children 3 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.
- Emphasis is on constant activity for the children. We encourage you to open gifts at home. We also recommend keeping food to a minimum.
- Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your party. Our staff will be busy preparing for your event.
Tips & Suggestions
Our experience has taught us the following:
Parties are more successful when:
- The number of children is limited to 20 or less and their ages are similar.
- If there are going to be several younger/older siblings at the party, let us know in advance so we are able to select and plan for appropriate activit
- We know in advance if there are particular songs or games that your child likes/dislikes.
- The emphasis is on playing and not eating, so a lot of food is not needed.
- Gift opening is done at home. Use your time at the gym for play and fun.
- Parents of children 4 years old and younger stay and play with their children.
- Children older than 4 may be dropped off as they are entertained and supervised by our staff.
Don't forget to bring:
- Refreshments
- Cake
- Candles for your cake
- Any special party favors if you wish
Party FAQ
How Many Children Does The Regular Price Cover?Our base party rate covers up to 15 or 20 children depending on the package. If more than 20 children attend, we charge only an extra $10 per additional child. Please note that we only charge for children who actually attend your party, not for the maximum number you give us in advance.
How Many Children Maximum Can Attend?Our facility accommodates a maximum of 30 children. If you do have more than 30 children attending, we will charge an additional 15% gratuity on top of the total cost of the party, to cover the additional staff requirements and the challenge of running such large parties.
Is There A Limit On The Number Of Adults Attending?Our maximum adult occupancy is 49, by order of the Fire Marshall. We do not charge for adults who attend your party, but we have found that large numbers of adults can make it difficult for the staff to run a lot of structured activities. If you are inviting many adults to your party and want it to be well-structured, you may wish to speak with the parents beforehand and advise them that we ask parents who are on the floor to help the children pay attention by keeping conversations to a minimum.
What Do Children Wear At My Gym?Children do not have to wear any special type of clothes here at My Gym. Children cannot wear socks on the gym floor, however, so we ask that parents not put children in tights or stockings, as these can be difficult to take off and put on at the end of the party. Parents simply take shoes off to come into the gym area.
Can Children Be Dropped Off For The Party?Children who are four years old or older can be dropped off at the party; however, a parent will still need to come into the gym and sign their child in.
Do Parents Have To Come On The Gym Floor?Children under the age of four MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times when they are on the gym floor. This is for the child’s safety: we run classes for every age up to 13, so it is possible that some of the equipment may not be safe for a 2 or 3-year-old to play on alone.
What Food Can I Serve At The Party?My Gym sets only two limits on food: we do not allow hot beverages (such as coffee), and we do not allow alcohol (you’d be surprised). Other than that, you can serve basically any type of food you wish.
Can I Request Specific Staff Or Activities?My Gym allows you to make any requests for staff or activities you wish; however, we cannot promise that every such request can be honored. Staff do get sick, go out of town, or request time off, and some activities may be inappropriate for certain ages or require a specific gym set-up that is not available that week. Generally, we cannot honor requests for a specific set-up of the gym.
Is It Acceptable To Tip The Birthday Staff?Absolutely. Tips are completely at your discretion and will be shared among all the staff running your party.* The My Gym staff always do their best to make sure your party is fantastic, and any amount you wish to tip will be greatly appreciated.
